Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit

The day has finally come! The launch of The Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit! I have been so excited about this project from day one because it has become an irreplaceable tool for me as I start this journey as a stay at home mom. In the short amount of time that I’ve been enjoying this phase of life I’ve learned one thing: I have to stay organized, otherwise, chaos ensues. You probably know what I mean. You start doing the laundry and suddenly remember a bill that needs to be paid. As you write the check you realize you have got to get your finances in order, but don’t have the time to even think about creating a budget. Then the phone rings and it’s your dentist reminding you of an appointment. You whip up something for lunch and rush out the door. Oh no! Some of the ingredients you used were supposed to be for potluck later this week. You’ll have to go to the grocery store. After you’ve run all your errands you come home, exhausted, and the laundry you started in the morning is not even half done.

Sound familiar? As a mom, we take on the role of parent, cook, cleaning lady, activities coordinator, financial adviser, and so much more. We have so much to keep in mind and so much to do! That is where the Stay at Home Mom Survival Kit comes in. It is the one stop shop for keeping your schedule, finances, meal planning, activity planning, and cleaning in order. The single master organization system to optimize your time and lower your stress.

Ok, if that doesn’t convince you I don’t know what will…oh! Other than the fact that it’s FREE!

Or, if you would rather not subscribe, buy the full PDF version for $2.00 in the shop

Another thing to note that this is only version 1.0 of the Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit. I have plans to add much more than what is offered today. If you sign up to receive them by email, you’ll get instant notification whenever a new page comes out.

What is included in this version of the Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit?

  • Pretty Cover Page
  • Cover pages for each category: Finances, Scheduling, Meal Planning, Housework, and Activities
  • Monthly Calendar
  • Daily Schedule Pages (5)
  • Weekly Menu
  • Shopping List
  • Cleaning Day list
  • Income and Expense Tracker
  • In Depth Budget Pages (3)
  • Summer Activity Ideas

To assemble the Kit, you’ll want to get your three ring binder out and follow these printing instructions for a full month of organization.

  • Cover Pages- Print 1 page each one time (no need to repeat every month)
  • Monthly Calendar- Print 1 page
  • Daily Schedules- Print 4 sets of 5 pages (this is if you are only planning to schedule weekdays.)
  • Daily Schedules- Print 6 sets of 5 pages (this will get you a page per day of the entire month)
  • Weekly Menu- Print 4 pages
  • Shopping list- Print 4 pages
  • Cleaning Day list- Print 4 pages
  • Income and Expense Tracker- Print 1 page
  • Budget Pages- Print 1 page of each
  • Summer Activity Ideas- Print 1 page

It looks like a ton of printing, but I designed these to be as simple as possible without large blocks of color so your ink usage will be minimal. I have a bit of a pet peeve of bloggers giving printable pages that would be awesome, if only they didn’t cost an arm and a leg to print.

Another option that I’ve found to save money is to get things printed at Kinkos. When you are printing a large quantity like this, the price per page is indeed lower than if you were to do it at home.

So, stay at home moms, I’m really excited to be giving this Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit to you because I know what it’s like to crave organization, but have no clue where to start. Hang in there with me, because if this kit doesn’t have everything that you need already, it is definitely going to in the near future. (Version 2.0 coming this September!)

If you haven’t noticed, I am passionate about moms staying home to raise their children. It’s the most selfless and thankless job, but possibly the most important anyone could ever embark on. You are raising the next generation of amazing people and you are doing such a great job of it already. I hope you take this free gift of the Stay At Home Mom Survival Kit as a tool to gain control of your household and find joy in running it. Thank you all for your interest!
